Helen attended the University of Sunderland and graduated with a 2:1 Qualifying Law Degree (LLB Hons) in 2011. Helen then studied the Legal Practice Course at Northumbria University and graduated in 2013 with a Post Graduate Diploma with Commendation. Following her university studies, Helen then qualified as an Accredited Family Mediator. After working in a Family Mediation Practice for 4 years, Helen then took a role as a Family Law Paralegal in early 2018. She then joined TMJ as a Family Law Paralegal in March 2019 and started her Training Contract in the Family and Private Client Departments in December 2019. Helen has experience in the following areas; Private Children issues, Divorce and Financial matters, Local Authority involvement with children including Public Law Outline Meetings and Care Proceedings, Domestic Violence and Non-Molestation Orders, Change of Name Deeds, Statutory Declarations, Debt Recovery, Wills, Probate, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
