TMJ Legal Services achieves Conveyancing Quality Scheme certification for the 14th consecutive year

This week, we received certification from the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality (CQS) Scheme for the 14th consecutive year. The Law Society rewards accreditation and certification to practices that meet the highest technical expertise and client service standards.

The CQS scheme is a recognised quality standard for conveyancing practices. Working to achieve and maintain the standards the Law Society sets ensures that all our conveyancing work is consistently carried out to the highest standards.

 By joining the CQS scheme, we demonstrate that we: 

• Hold the expertise to deliver quality residential conveyancing advice
• Carry out standardised processes to manage and reduce risks
• Educate our clients about what to expect when paying for conveyancing advice

The certification also gives us greater access to lender panels. Accreditation is a prerequisite for many lender panels, including Nationwide, HSBC UK, Metro Bank, Santander, Yorkshire Bank and Clydesdale Bank.
CQS certification shows that our conveyancing team can provide residential conveyancing advice at the standards expected by the Law Society.
