Carol joined our company in July 1994 as an experienced legal cashier and has been instrumental in the implementation of the financial systems and procedures we use to protect client money.

She has progressed to Financial Controller over the years and was appointed Compliance Officer for Finance and Administration (COFA) in 2012. She is responsible to the SRA for the company's compliance with the Code of Conduct and SRA Account Rules.

Now with over 35 years of experience in legal finance, she is a diploma member of the ILFM and responsible for the firm's general financial management and governance.
