Chris Parker

Chris worked initially as an assistant to our then Director, Catherine Turner. At this time Chris was completing his Law Practitioners Course part-time following a History Degree at the University of York.

Chris started his Training Contract in September of 2012 dealing in various matters before specialising in Commercial and Residential Property work after he qualified as a Solicitor in 2014.

Chris became a Director and the Head of the Property Department in September 2018. He advises both regional and national companies on various aspects of Commercial Property. He deals with business Mergers and Acquisitions, Leases for both landlords and tenants, as well as Shareholder agreements and Pension purchases.
