BUSINESS LEASES

Whether you are an experienced Landlord or a first time Tenant, before entering into any lease you should obtain independent legal advice.

Many people do not realise that a lease is a contractual obligation and you are obliged to pay rent and obey covenants within the lease for the full duration of the term. At TMJ we offer a varied service whereby we can simply review the lease that you have received from a Landlord. We then give you simple advice in a face to face appointment. However, at an additional cost we can prepare a written report for your records explaining the lease in layman’s terms. Finally, our full package includes explaining all the terms of the lease to you and negotiating all points with the Landlord’s solicitor in order to improve your position.
