Divorce - divorcing someone
Divorce simply means ending (dissolving) your marriage. Your lawyer will prepare all necessary papers and offer you advice and guidance throughout the divorce process. We offer an agreed fee for this work. Please note this does not include the Court’s fee (currently £593) payable when the papers are first sent to Court to be issued.
If you would like your solicitor to help with children or financial matters, we will provide a separate quotation for this before starting work.
Divorce - someone is divorcing you
We can also help if you have already received divorce papers issued by your spouse. Your lawyer will carry out all work involved with replying to the divorce, and guide you through the process.
